Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Esports MY account and the personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Email nasreqzaqim@gmail.com from the email address registered to your Esports MY account.
- Use the subject Esports MY Account Deletion Request.
- Include your Esports MY display name or username and registered email address. Never send your password.
- We will verify account ownership, acknowledge the request within 7 days, and normally complete deletion within 30 days.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise your account profile, authentication sessions, saved preferences, and personal information linked to the account. User-submitted content will be deleted or anonymised where technically and legally possible.
Data we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment reconciliation, or dispute resolution. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and are not used for marketing.
